Over the past 8 years we’ve perfected a 5 stage approach that is consistently successful with our clients;
First Stage – Assignment Brief
We arrange a suitable time to meet and talk through the aims, ambitions and success measures of the assignment. From here we agree a proposed road map, timelines and fee’s.
Second Stage – Performance Review
Within this stage we will gather all required information, trend and analysis, arrange site visits (if needed), review all available information and collate into a summary of opportunities.
Third Stage – Delivery Plan
A full road map detailing recommendations, achievable timelines, investment requirements, success measurements and evaluations. Finally, this plan will also include risk and mitigation analysis.
Fourth Stage – Delivery of Brief
Depending on the initial brief we can either assist your operational teams to deliver the brief, or take a more hands on approach working side by side to deliver the agreed plan.
Final Stage – Review and close
Finalising with an end to end review, a final meeting to review success measures, learning and conclusions.
